Дивиденды, объявляемые в течение года по обыкновенным акциям, вне зависимости оттого, выплачивались ли они в течение года реально. При отсутствии иного это обычно дивиденды, сформированные за счет выделения на эти цели определенной части полученной прибыли и выплачиваемые наличными деньгами или акциями.
